Casting Bench for Bowls LEM/LBR

In the mechanization of low pressure casting of jars and bidets, WHITECH designs and builds a plant that is unique in its kind thanks to its flexibility, productivity and production quality, and is widely known and appreciated thanks to the large number of installations that the WHITECH has achieved all over the world.

The plant is based on the use of the LEM-48RA demoulding manipulator which realizes the automatic demoulding of the pieces and their subsequent positioning on the storage conveyor without any manual intervention by the operator assigned to the line.

Schematically, the installation consists of two opposing rows on which the molds are installed, and of one or two conveyor carousels placed in front of the rows of casting, for the deposit and pre-finishing of the flaked pieces.

The system is available in different configurations: from a minimum of 40 to a maximum of 96 molds installed on the two rows and up to 2 or 3 daily casting cycles by installing a dryer for the forced drying of the molds.

Features:

Possibility of casting the molds positioned on the foot or on the rim. The casting on the brid is the most used as it guarantees a better quality of the pieces and better production yields.
