Battery Casting Bench Type BC-M15

The PDM system allows the casting in the battery with horizontal blow-away of large pieces in Fine Fire Clay or China Glass, such as:

• Shower trays (up to 120×90 cm)
• Kitchen sinks
• Console sinks
• Washing
• Columns with 3 cavity molds

DIFFERENT MANIPULATOR M15 – M20

The M15 – M20 manipulator is an automatic device for the horizontal release of large sanitary ware pieces.

With this type of equipment, only one person at the line is able to complete all the phases of extraction of the pieces from the molds without physical effort and without any external help, reaching very high levels of productivity and quality (up to 140 shower trays cast and bagged by a single operator during the work shift).

The manipulator performs these operations in a fully automatic cycle in an average cycle time of about 90 sec.
