Battery Machine HPC-210
Through the use of 2-part resin molds, the HPC-210 system produces sanitary articles such as:
- Washbasins
- Pedestals
- Tanks
- Shower trays
through the use of mono or multi cavity molds.
The molds are installed in a vertical position, are arranged in a battery and the demoulding of finished pieces can be done either automatically or with the assistance of an operator.
The molds are closed in a hydraulic way and each mold has an independent power supply (dough, compressed air, vacuum and water) so as to simultaneously realize different casting cycles.
A PLC manages and controls the entire cycle and allows integration with other devices downstream.
The HPC-210 units are also equipped with the innovative mold closing system with mechanical deformation control.
This system guarantees:
- The adjustment of the deformation of the mold closing surface to guarantee the seal during the casting phase
- The absolute repeatability of the working condition of the mold
- High level of reliability which translates into better use of the molds
