The robotic system for the trap glazing of WCs (Standing and Wall-hang) is a fully automatic device able to perform the following functions:
This device is generally installed inside a robotic glazing line and it is prepared in advance to be loaded and offloaded by the handling robot interlocking the components of the line.
The trap glazing device has 2 position in order to improve the efficiency and performance of the device. While one of the 2 position is in offloading phase of a processed piece and in successive loading phase of a new piece, the other one is simultaneously executing the trap glazing operations.
