ROBOTIC GRINDING CELL
Multifunctional robotic unit for grinding and cutting multiple materials.
It can be modulated according to the needs of use.
The version shown consists of:
– 2 Automatic Sliding Units for feeding and unloading pieces
– 1 Anthropomorphic Robot equipped with Electro-mandrel, Automatic Tool Change System, Vision System, Dynamic Wheel Control and Laser System for Measurements, allows to calculate the starting plane of the machining, the number of passes to be made and the depth.
– 1 Tool Dispenser, equipped with a Tools Consumption Measurement System and a Protective Mobile Screen
