The "No Touch" line
The ‘No Touch’ line is a complete high-pressure casting solution for washbasins, based on modular technology with combinable or stand-alone machines. It offers three key advantages: production elasticity, maximum customisation of the layout, and programmability of the investment.

The NO TOUCH system is designed for the production of washbasins, consoles, tanks, lids and columns, and is part of the Compact Concept family.
The COMPACT® system aims to achieve important technical and economic objectives, including total automation of the pressure casting of sanitary ware, drastic reduction of initial investment costs, complete automation of mould changes and increased line productivity.
The robot handles operations such as part opening and demoulding and mould cleaning, thus simplifying casting machines and reducing costs and complexity.
Unprecedented adaptability thanks to modular design
The system allows production to be adapted according to market demands, ensuring operational flexibility. The extensive customisation of the layout guarantees easy integration into existing production spaces and workflows.

The CWB 4 I version, with a two-part mould, offers advantages such as the possibility to tilt the press between 0° and 90°, reduced costs, quick mould change and simplified maintenance, as well as the possibility to cast different materials (VC and FFC).
Complete Automation and Flexibility for Sanitary Manufacturing
System designed for the production of:
- Washbasins
- Basins
- Tanks and lids
- Columns
The COMPACT® system was designed with the aim of achieving some important technical and economic objectives.
The robot, in fact, performs certain functions that previously belonged to the casting machine, such as: handling the mould during all the opening and demoulding operations of the part and washing the mould before the next casting.
This revolutionary system allows pressure casting machines to be simplified, limiting their function to simply closing the mould during part moulding operations. The result is a significant reduction in plant complexity and cost.
CWB 4 I is the two-part mould version of this pressure casting system. It offers some important advantages such as:
- Possibility of tilting the press between 0 and 90° at each stage of the cycle.
- Cost-effectiveness: reduced machine cost compared to similar robotic units
- Quick and automatic mould change
- Simple and reduced maintenance
- Possibility of casting multiple materials (VC and FFC)

Progetti’s Touchless line perfectly matches ours, eliminating manual operations on products and making automatic processes easier, even for complex parts.
Integrated drying system
We have chosen to supplement our NO-TOUCH line with high quality dryers, manufactured in Italy by our reliable partner, the Progetti Group. The absence of manual operations on the products and the repeatability of the automatic processes make life easier for the process controllers even with the most complex parts. These casting room air conditioning systems guarantee a specifically controlled and stable microclimate even in the presence of strong external climatic variations. The winter and summer seasons are very different, except for Progetti’s touchless line! Furthermore, the air distribution of the casting room environmental control system is designed to control only the actual production area, reducing the volume of air to be treated and thus the total energy cost. Progetti’s touchless dryers are designed to turn customer requirements into real production, for a fully automatic working process. Product handling is flexible and the line can be designed for trucks, pallets, trays or other media. Automatic loading/unloading in the dryer with robots, push bars, conveyor belts, transfer wagons, rotary tables, lifts are just some of the Progetti solutions for handling products in our dryers.

The primary objective of the new concept is the simplification of the mechanical components.
Maximum flexibility + Total automation
The WHITECH system for robotized sanitaryware glazing represents a new plant concept which, thanks to the total modularity and integrability of the various components, allows maximum flexibility to be combined with total process automation.
The primary objective of the new concept is the simplification of the mechanical components, while respecting the automatic execution of all the operations involved in this process phase.
In particular, this objective has been achieved by acting simultaneously on two fronts:
- The elimination of all single-function mechanisms.
- The use of multi-function anthropomorphic robots that provide the highly efficient and flexible element for the integration of the various modules of the line.
The result is a line that is mechanically simple and adaptable to any type of plant requirement.
