Programming without code
The operator sets the learning points on a 3D model of the workpiece. 3D-ProSim automatically generates the robot’s trajectory and creates a manufacturer-specific executable code. The operator does not need to know how to programme a robot or write robot code.
Programme simulation and executability check
3D-ProSim simulates the robot programme and processing result (coating layer thickness), calculates the overall process time and coating material consumption, and evaluates the executability of the robot programme.
