Load Handling

Telescopic manipulator that allows the products to be lifted and moved thanks to the gripping tool specially designed according to the specifications of the articles. The system consists of a single rope manipulator installed on an overhead rail bridge for loading onto the rack and unloading from the oven car, keeping the space below free. The vertical arm is rigid and slides on guides with ball bushings. The product is lifted by means of a steel cable and an electric motor with a fully automatic electronic balancing system. The integrated microprocessor instantaneously and continuously detects the weight of the object being lifted and allows continuous and automatic balancing of the manipulator in any position or configuration it is in, without the operator performing any additional adjustment, as would often be required in pneumatic manipulators.
