Simplified manual handling
The electronic manipulator with rigid articulated arms allows for the handling of unbalanced loads and/or the interlocking of cantilevered positions that are not directly accessible from the vertical (e.g. shelves or racks).
The handling/lowering dynamics of the manipulator and the product itself is realised by a vertical sliding system driven by two special very high-strength chains, which in turn are manoeuvred by an electric unit with a fully automatic electronic balancing system.
The integrated microprocessor instantaneously and continuously detects the weight of the object being lifted and allows continuous and automatic balancing of the manipulator in whatever position or configuration it is in, without the operator having to make any additional adjustments as is often required in pneumatic manipulators.
With the electronic manipulator, the operator can lift and manipulate objects of different weights or objects that change weight during cycle phases (e.g. emptying drums, bags or drums) in a random sequence without having to make any additional adjustments.
Through the (customisable) handle or the sensitive knob, the operator can move the product effortlessly and completely independently of the weight of the item being lifted and the size of the manipulator itself, without having to operate or press any selector switches or buttons. For the operator, load handling is completely natural and intuitive, avoiding the annoying bounce effects and response delays of conventional pneumatic manipulators.
The electromechanical handling of the high-resistance chains eliminates the annoying bounce effects typical of the spring effect of pneumatic cylinders and consequently of traditional pneumatic manipulators, allowing greater precision and delicacy in the movement and positioning of objects.
L’operatore attraverso la maniglia (personalizzabile) o la manopola sensibile può spostare il
prodotto senza sforzo e in modo del tutto indipendente dal peso dell’articolo sollevato e dalle
dimensioni del manipolatore stesso, senza dover agire o premere alcun selettore o pulsante. Per
l’operatore la movimentazione del carico è assolutamente naturale e intuitiva, evitando i fastidiosi
effetti di rimbalzo e i ritardi nella risposta dei manipolatori pneumatici tradizionali.
La gestione elettromeccanica delle catene ad alta resistenza elimina i fastidiosi rimbalzi tipici
dell’effetto molla dei cilindri pneumatici e di conseguenza dei manipolatori pneumatici
tradizionali, consentendo una maggiore precisione e delicatezza nei movimenti e nel posizionamento
degli oggetti.
